Shipping charges are listed for each product. Shipping times CANNOT be guaranteed but we typically ship within 1-3 business days on our end.
If you are experiencing shipping delays, please keep in mind we have no control over the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx or how fast packages are delivered. As a standard, we give shipments at least two to three weeks after the ship date to arrive before any action will be taken on our end to find late and/or missing packages. If you have not received your package in 30 days we will refund and you can return the package if it arrives.
We do not ship to 3rd parties under any circumstance.
International Customer Conditions:
We offer returns on knives that are unopened and unused for up to 7 days from the date of the item(s) being received. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain return authorization. We do not offer returns on customized products. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns effective 12/1/22. Please do not ship an item without first contacting us. Your refund will be complete when we verify that it is unopened and unused.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You are responsible for the fees if you cancel an order after placing it prior to shipping. This is the 3.5% fee that we have to pay regardless of whether you cancel or not. So please be aware before you order, you will pay the fees upon cancellation.
Our knives have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and materials under normal use. Our Warranty does not cover normal signs of rust, wear , breakage or damage due to improper use, after market modification, or lack of maintenance. If you need to contact us regarding a warranty issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RA number for send in. Please include your name, address, email, and phone number (including area code) with the item you are sending in, along with a detailed description of the problem. If we find that the issue with your product is not covered under warranty, we will contact you with a quote prior to performing the repair.
Detents: We do not modify detents. Our knives are made to a certain spec in regards to detents. Not being able to flick your knife open is not a warranty issue. We have a YouTube video on our detents. https://youtu.be/gEEW667vrhw
Blades: Our blades are not made to be interchangeable. They are still hand fit blade to handle to ensure a perfect fit. Please do not swap blades out of one knife to another.
We at McNees Knives will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone. McNees Knives collects information when you place an order, register on our site or receive our newsletter, email etc. When an order is placed we ask for name, email, address, phone number and credit card information.
